You can send a digital Gift Card from Lalanne.es to the email address of your choice, or to your own email and forward the gift code yourself.
To be applied to any item on our website. It is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Your recipient chooses the products they want and at checkout enters the provided code, which will be applied to the total order.
If the amount in their cart is less than the Gift Card, that balance will be saved for future purchases using the same code. If the amount is greater, they will be asked to pay the remaining amount.
You can also write a personalized note and set a delivery date.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
To ensure your jewelry lasts a long time, avoid contact with cosmetic or other household products that may damage it. Clean your jewelry with warm water and pH-neutral soap. Store it in a closed box.
Orders are sent by Certified Mail. The delivery time for orders is 2 to 5 business days.
For gold-plated pieces, the time may range from 2 to 10 business days.
If the piece is not in stock, this time extends up to 10 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation email. The arrival time of the order will depend on each country.
