RETURNS

The user has the right to withdraw from a purchase within 15 business days from the receipt of the product. The user must contact Lourdes Lalanne via email at info@lalannejoyas.com and send the product along with its original packaging and in perfect condition, following Lourdes Lalanne's instructions in response to their return notification, to the following address:

Withdrawal entails a refund of the amount paid. The term for this payment will be established by law, after Lourdes Lalanne has received the returned product in perfect condition.

The right of return cannot be exercised if the product is not returned in its original packaging or if the product is not in perfect condition.

Returning the product, requesting an exchange for a different item or size is free, except for the shipping cost. If you choose a product of higher value, you must pay the difference to an account number that will be provided to you, and if you exchange the product for one of lesser value, the difference will be refunded at that moment. Once payment is made, you will receive your new order within our shipping timeframe, 2-5 business days for preparation, not counting shipping which will depend on the country.
