Steps to create your personalized jewel:

1. Fill out the following form:

We will contact you within the next 24 hours. In this first conversation, we will ask you to tell us more about your idea in detail, with inspirational images, sketches, references, colors, etc.

2. Budget:

We will give you a quote adapted to your specific piece and once approved, we will continue with the design and creation.

3. Design:

In this first step, we turn your idea into a unique sketch. With my experience as an artisan jeweler since 1991, I will put all my expertise at your disposal so that together we can shape your story. We will define the style, shape, dimensions, stones, metals, finishes, and other details.

We will be in touch with you throughout the entire process and will show you the progress of the piece day by day.

4. Creation:

Once the design is defined, the jewel comes to life in our workshop in the Mena Valley. Each piece is unique, made to last, and comes with an unlimited warranty.

5. Delivery:

The estimated time for custom pieces is 20 to 30 business days.

In exceptional cases, we can adjust the times to meet special dates, although we always recommend maintaining the usual deadlines to guarantee the best result.

We offer a special packaging option that includes a handwritten note to make your gift even more special.

6. Payment methods

You can pay directly through the website, including the option of paying in 3 installments with Klarna.

You can also choose to pay 50% at the beginning of the process and the other 50% upon completion of the order.
