Orders for Spain and Europe are shipped by Certified Mail. The delivery time for orders depends on whether the item is in stock; in this case, it would be 2-5 business days.

For gold-plated items, the time can range from 2 to 10 business days.

If the item is not in stock, the time extends up to 10 business days.

All packages can be tracked with their corresponding tracking number. Once the order is placed, an email will be sent with the purchase confirmation.

If an item is out of stock, please inquire, as these are handmade pieces.

When your order is over €100, shipping costs will be free for Spain. For Europe, they will be free on orders over €200, and for the rest of the world, over €250.

The order will be sent to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: in the event that customs retains the package, the recipient will be responsible for the handling fees. This condition is accepted upon making the purchase. In cases where the item has reached its destination and the customer refuses customs and handling payment, this amount will be deducted from the product refund.

Under no circumstances is Lalanne responsible for customs handling fees or related taxes.
