SHIPPING

Orders for Spain and Europe are sent by Certified Mail. The delivery time of orders depends on whether it is in stock, in which case it would be 4-5 working days.

If out of stock, please inquire, as these are handmade pieces.

When your order is over €75, shipping costs will be free for Spain and Europe. For orders under €75, shipping to Spain and Europe will be €7.

Please inquire for shipments to America and other areas.

The order will be sent to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: if customs retains the package, the recipient will have to bear the handling costs. This condition is accepted with the completion of the purchase. In cases where the item has arrived at its destination and the customer rejects the customs and handling payment, this amount will be deducted from the product refund.

Under no circumstances is Lalanne Joyas responsible for customs handling payments or related taxes.

RETURNS

The user has the right to withdraw from the purchase within a period not exceeding 14 business days, counted from the receipt of the product. The user must contact Lourdes Lalanne via email at the following address: info@lalannejoyas.com and send the product together with its original packaging and in perfect condition, following Lourdes Lalanne's instructions in response to their return notification, to the following address:

Withdrawal implies the return of the amount paid. The term for this payment will be established by law, after Lourdes Lalanne has received the product subject to withdrawal in perfect condition.

The right of return cannot be exercised when the product is not returned with its original packaging and when the product is not in perfect condition.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

At Simuero, we handcraft each piece, valuing every unique detail, so our products may contain imperfections and peculiarities that make each piece unrepeatable. We do not offer returns for these types of peculiarities as they are part of the design and irregular finish of our pieces. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.

You have a period of 15 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or return. Once this period has expired, Simuero reserves the right to refuse the request.

Due to the ergonomics of some of our pieces, it will not be possible to produce them in certain sizes.

During peak season (Christmas), we will extend the deadlines to one month.

All sales of items with special discounts or items purchased with a coupon code are not subject to exchanges or returns.

• Products not subject to return

In accordance with the provisions of art. 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, these products, manufactured according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, cannot be returned.

• Refunds

Requests for full refunds should be sent by email to info@lalannejoyas.com. In these cases, the purchase amount will be refunded once the returned product has been received at the address mentioned above. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Lalanne reserves the right to refuse a return if all the above conditions are not met. In these cases, you will be notified by email that your order is not eligible for return.

If the product arrives open or damaged, Lalanne will take responsibility and cover the shipping costs incurred in returning the products, if the return is due to our error.

Any claim must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the package.

Refunds are always made to the credit card used when placing the order; this is to prevent fraud.

The refund will be processed once we have received and checked the returned product. Depending on the bank, the transaction usually takes between 3 and 5 business days.

Lalanne is not responsible for defects due to damage caused by improper use or negligence, alterations, and aesthetic damage due to normal wear and aging.
